Philadelphia Broad Street Run 2010 Yesterday was the 31st Annual Blue Cross Broad Street Run, the nation’s largest 10-mile race. Starting at 8:30 A.M., 30,000 runners began the 10-mile trip down the warm, sunny Broad Street.
