Venezia is one once in a lifetime experience.  A city built on the water, cars traversing down the roads you will not see.  Rather, numerous canals serve as the streets and boats as the vehicles of transportation.  Beguiling buildings dating as far back as the 12th century line the waterways.  Devoid of nightlife, but certainly not lacking vino, ristorantes, or beauty, Venezia is a paradise for romance.

That is one place I am dying to go. Ryan and I are planning an Italian getaway for our next trip so I am excited. I just don’t know when we will go, but it will be by the end of 2011.
